I take customer service very seriously, as does my staff. Together we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all of our clients. If you need to schedule an appointment, make changes to your policy, submit a claim or request any other service, please let us know. As I enter my 60's, I continue to think about my commitment to my clients and the privilege I have enjoyed as their advisor.  Several years ago, I began assembling a team of talented folks to help me provide you with ongoing and, hopefully, even better service.

Susan joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in February of 1998. She has her life, health and variable annuity insurance licenses and is also securities licensed.

Prior to working with Mark Krebs, CLU, Susan was a VP in Training and Development for Jefferson National Bank, now Wachovia Bank, N.A. Susan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in management.

She is married to Steve and has a step-daughter, Kristi.

Richard has an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Chemistry with broad experience in education, training, quality management,  sales and marketing, and  manufacturing.  

He elected early retirement from Klockner Pentaplast of America where he served in a variety of executive capacities for 25 years.--most recently as business manager--sales and marketing.

Clark joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in June 2011.  He has a M.Ed from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a M.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School with the University of VIrginia (UVa) and has experience working in IT management, education, finance, and college basketball as a former graduate assistant with UVa under Tony Bennett.

He is married to Jennifer and loving the challenge of marriage.  His hobbies include coaching basketball at the Miller School, philosophy, music and creating new opportunities to serve others.
